DECIPHER-X 2026 – National Level Hackathon | Department of Computer Applications

The Department of Computer Applications, St. Francis College, Bengaluru, in collaboration with TechByHeart, successfully organised DECIPHER-X 2026, a 24-hour National Level Hackathon, on 8–9 September 2026 as an IQAC initiative.

Faculty Fiesta 2026 – Inter-Wing Cultural Championship

On 29th August 2026, the Cultural Committee of St. Francis Degree College, Koramangala, hosted "Faculty Fiesta", in he Heritage Hall, from 9:30 AM onwards, bringing together teaching and non-teaching staff across four wings: St. Francis Degree College (Koramangala), St. Francis Composite PU College,  and St. Francis School (ICSE and CBSE).

Metanoia 2.0 – The Rise of the Realm Organized by Dept of MBA

The Department of MBA successfully conducted Metanoia 2.0, an Intercollegiate Management Fest, on 24th July 2026. The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from 18 colleges, with around 350 students competing across nine events.In addition, nearly 500 students actively participated in the DJ Party, making it a vibrant and memorable celebration. The overwhelming response and enthusiastic involvement of students contributed significantly to the grand success of Metanoia 2.0.

NEO FIESTA 2026 – Fresher's Day Celebration By Cultural Committee and Student Council

On July 18, 2026, the Cultural Committee, in stellar collaboration with the Student Council, hosted Neo Fiesta 2026—a grand Freshers' Day celebration in the magnificently decorated Heritage Hall.The excitement kicked off days earlier with three thrilling preliminary rounds for the coveted Mr. and Ms. Fresher titles, alongside the Best Dressed competitions for both male and female categories.

State Level St. Francis Poetry competition 2025 -26

The Kannada Department of St. Francis College organized a State-Level Poetry Competition featuring a poetry anthology release and prize distribution ceremony. Students from various colleges participated enthusiastically, showcasing their creativity through poems on social and contemporary theme

Sham Shayaraana - A National Level Event Organised by Yuva Srijan Sahitya Sangh

A vibrant national-level shayari competition organized by the Hindi Department, featuring 150 participants and multiple engaging rounds. Enriched with cultural performances, the event celebrated poetic expression, creativity, and literary talent.

5th Annual Athletic Meet

The 5th Annual Athletic Meet 2026 at St. Francis College was a vibrant celebration of sportsmanship, energy, and teamwork. The event brought together students from various departments to participate in a range of track and field competitions. Athletes showcased their strength, determination, and competitive spirit in events such as sprint races, relays, long jump, and other athletic challenges.

Carnivalesque–26 a National Intercollegiate fest

Carnivalesque–26, the national intercollegiate fest hosted by St. Francis College, received an enthusiastic response from students across the country. The event brought together nearly 2,300 participants from 135 colleges, making it a vibrant celebration of talent, creativity, and collaboration.The fest featured 40 competitions in literary and fine arts categories, offering students a dynamic platform to showcase their skills and teamwork. The energetic atmosphere and active participation contributed to the grand success of the event.

National Multilingual Conference on Emerging Trends in Language, Literature and Culture

St. Francis College, Koramangala, in collaboration with the People’s Research Association (PRA), organized a National Multilingual Conference on 6 February 2026 on the theme “Emerging Trends in Language, Literature and Culture.” The event featured eminent chief guests and keynote speakers who shared valuable insights on evolving trends in language, literature, and culture, making it an enriching academic gathering.

4th Annual Athletic Meet

The 4th Annual Athletic Meet of St. Francis College was celebrated with great enthusiasm and sportsman spirit, bringing together students from various departments to participate in a wide range of track and field events. The meet aimed to promote physical fitness, teamwork, discipline, and healthy competition among students.
