Vibgyor – BVA Club is a dynamic creative platform specifically designed for Bachelor of Visual Arts students. The club aims to foster creativity by organizing events, competitions, and workshops that challenge students to explore their artistic potential.

Roles & Responsibilities

A. Executive Committee

• President: Leads the club, oversees activities, represents the club, and develops themes.
• Vice-President: Assists the president, coordinates events, workshops, and guest lectures.
• Treasurer: Manages finances, budgets, reports, fundraising, and sponsorships.
• Secretary: Maintains records, reports, and supports field visits and practical tasks.
• Events Coordinator: Plans and manages events, logistics, and promotions.

B. General Members

• Participate actively in meetings and club activities.
• Support club objectives and maintain discipline.
• Respect fellow members and promote a positive environment.

C. Faculty Advisor

• Provides guidance and academic support.
• Reviews activities and financial matters.
• Ensures compliance with university regulations.

Disciplinary Procedures

Any violation of the club’s code of conduct will be reviewed by the Executive Committee. Appropriate action will be taken based on the nature and severity of the violation.
