Objective:

Introduction:

The orientation session on HR policy for new faculty members who joined from January 2023 onwards was conducted on March 14th, 2024, at 2:30 PM in Room No. 212. The session aimed to familiarize new faculty members with the college's HR policies, specifically focusing on leave policy and the Human Resource Management System (HRMS).

Overview of HR Policy:
