Objectives :
The main objective of this program is “to celebrate 75th NCC Day and build a sense of national integration among cadets and also to develop sportsmanship spirit in cadets.

Outcomes:
• Cadets experienced leadership by leading a team.
• Cadets have thought about sportsman spirit.
• Cadets understood the importance of national integration in nation building

On the occasion of the 75th NCC Day celebration on 11/01/24 Jyothi Institute of Technology organised a sports meet for cadets of 1 KAR Battalion. The chief guest of this event was Lt. Col Ravindra Singh [Admin officer of 1KAR] sir inspired cadets to join the armed forces with his own army life experiences. Later all cadets moved to quadrangle where a weapon exhibition was organised, which helped cadets to know the characteristics of .22 Deluxe and 7.62mm SLR rifles.

Cadets from St Francis College have participated in Badminton and Tug of War [SW category] Volleyball, Kabaddi and Tug of War [SD category]. SW's Badminton and SD's Tug of War teams have secured 2nd place. Attending this sports event conducted by the JIT, has helped to strengthen sportsmanship spirit, showcase leadership qualities of cadets which they would carry along with them and bring out the best in the next.
