Objective:
The main objective of this program was “to celebrate the completion of 3 years NCC tenure as a cadet, their achievements, express appreciation, and offer well wishes for their future endeavors.”

Outcomes:                  
·Senior Cadets shared their experience on the positive impact of NCC training in their lives.
·Junior cadets highlighted seniors’ role in shaping their careers in NCC.
·The event helped to strengthen the understanding between juniors and seniors.

Report:

The National Cadet Corps Subunit organized a farewell program for the first outgoing batch, who were enrolled in the training year 2021-22. Bro. Peter, Director, SFC, and Dr. R N Subba Rao, Principal, SFC, were the dignitaries for the event. Senior batch cadets shared their experiences on the positive impacts of lessons of NCC training in their lives and junior cadets spoke on seniors’ role in their NCC life. Dignitaries appreciated cadets' work and achievements and conveyed wishes to them. Ranks have been conferred to junior batch cadets followed by a gift has been presented to all the outgoing cadets from management as a token of love.  At last, everyone joined for a batch-wise group photo session followed by a tea party with the dignitaries.
