Objective: 
The main objective of this program was “to build a sense of responsibility towards the environment in the cadets and public.

Learning Outcomes:
Participants showed a passion for planting trees and taking care of them.
·Encouraging others to take part in tree plantation.

Report or Overall Summary:
On the occasion of “78th Independence Day” the NCC subunit of St. Francis College, Koramangala organized a tree plantation drive at P M Shri Kendriya Vidyalaya ASC Centre.  The theme of the tree plantation drive was “Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam”.  A total of 23 cadets planted 50 saplings of different varieties like Hovarasi, Nerale, Honge, Mahagani, Thabebeya, Ranjal, Baage, and Dhalechandra and showed their commitment to environmental responsibility.
