 Objective/s:

The main objective of this program was “to select quality and eligible students for NCC based on their performance during selections”.

Learning Outcomes:

·Participants came to know about the selection procedure for NCC in the college.

·It’s the best opportunity to improve leadership qualities.

·Selected students will be exposed to a disciplined and military-related lifestyle.

Report or Overall Summary:

The NCC Unit of St. Francis College, Koramangala, conducted the NCC Enrolment (Selections) for the training year 2024-25 on 7th October 2024 (Monday). JCO Nb. Sub. Anil Kumar from 1 KAR Bn NCC Bengaluru conducted the selections. The physical fitness tests included 200m running, push-ups, sit-ups, and a 1-minute shuttle run, which were administered to all participants. Based on their performance in these tests, the cadets were selected. A total of 72 students (45 boys and 27 girls) attended the selections, out of which 18 boys (SDs) and 8 girls (SWs) were selected for the Senior Division.
