Objective:
1) to formally install the newly elected office bearers of the IT Club Impetus, thereby instilling a sense of responsibility and leadership.
2) to officially launch the club's newsletter, providing a platform to showcase student work and achievements.
3) to celebrate the club's past successes and foster a sense of community and camaraderie amongst its members and the wider department.

Outcome: The Investiture Ceremony and Newsletter Inauguration were a resounding success, exceeding expectations and achieving all stated objectives. The event effectively installed the new leadership team, successfully launched the club's newsletter, and fostered a strong sense of community and shared purpose within the IT Club Impetus. The enthusiastic participation of students, faculty, and guests contributed to a positive and memorable atmosphere, showcasing the talent and vibrancy of the Department of Computer Science and Applications.

Programme:
The ceremony began with a warm welcome from emcees Saqlain and Tejaswini. This was followed by a traditional lighting of the lamp, a welcoming speech by Shreya R, and an inspiring invocation dance performed by the club's Dance Team. Rev. Bro. Peter (Director) then addressed the gathering, offering words of encouragement and support. A captivating video presentation by the Tech Team showcased the club’s past achievements and future goals. The central event, the Investiture Ceremony, formally inducted the new office bearers:

1. President - Jayaraj K from 5th sem BCA ‘A’
2. Vice-President - Mazz Shariff from 5th sem BCA ‘B’
3. Secretary - Jennifer Shalet Sequeira from 5th sem BCA ‘A’
4. Joint-Secretary - Mohammed Rayan A from 3rd sem BCA ‘B’
5. Treasurer - Rahul R from 5th sem BCA ‘A’

The Editorial Team then proudly launched the club's new newsletter. A message from Prof. Sabitha S (HOD) followed, offering her best wishes for the coming year. The program continued with additional dance performances by the Dance Team and an awards ceremony recognizing outstanding student contributions. Finally, S Preethi Verdhini delivered a heartfelt vote of thanks, and the ceremony concluded with the singing of the National Anthem.
