4. Purpose of visit: Conducted Survey
Objective:
The objective of a village survey conducted by students can be to provide students with practical experience in data collection and surveying, and to help them learn about the physical environment of the area. The survey can also include questions about village life and the government facilities available in the village.
Outcome:
The outcome of village survey can include, Assessing rural change, Identifying development challenges, evaluating government interventions, Understanding rural livelihoods and collecting household information
Report or Overall Summary:
The people residing in Medahalli, had sites of their own and also for livelihood widows and other homemakers grazed Cow and sheep in order to fetch some money out of it. Most of them cultivated organic farming and avoided the usage of pesticides and other chemicals. They have 24/7 electricity facility,LPG,solar etc but except for proper drainage system.Most of them had an issue regarding the drainage system,where all the unclean water with impurities gushed in front of the houses.Due to this,people get affected health wise easily.Thus,people
living in Medahalli region is facing drainage issues.
