Program Highlights:
1. Introduction:

Ms.Preethi Verdhini, Student of VI Semester BCA, commenced the program by welcoming the dignitaries and participants.

2. Welcome Address:

Ms. Sabitha S, the HOD, department of BCA, delivered a warm welcome address, emphasizing the importance of the Blockchain technology in industry and expressing gratitude to all attendees for their participation.

3. Profile Reading:
Mr. Rahul R, Student of VI Semester BCA, conducted profile readings, highlighting the diverse backgrounds and achievements of resource person.

4. Session by Resource Person:

The seminar began with a foundational overview of blockchain, delivered Mr. Shorupan Pirakaspthy, Founder of the first Crypto Bank in Canada. The speaker broke down the core concepts of blockchain, explaining how it operates as a decentralized, distributed ledger system. Key topics covered by Mr. Shorupan Pirakaspthy are, the basics of how Blockchain functions and the idea of a "block" containing encrypted data linked together in a "chain" and How blockchain eliminates the need for central authorities like banks and ensures data integrity through cryptographic hashing. And he also discussed about the growing use of Blockchain in cryptocurrencies, supply chain management, and more. The seminar moved beyond cryptocurrencies to explore other exciting applications of blockchain technology, which could directly affect students and educators. The session also touched on how students and teachers can get involved in the Blockchain ecosystem, whether through research, projects, or career paths in Blockchain development, finance, or consulting.

5. Vote of Thanks:

Mr Viswajit, Student of VI Semester BCA, delivered a vote of thanks, expressing gratitude to the organizers, speakers, and participants for their contributions to the shuccess of the session.
