NAME OF THE EVENT: WALKATHON IN COLLABORATION WITH RAINBOW CHILDERNS HOSPITAL
1. OBJECTIVE OF THE EVENT:
Exercise releases endorphins, which have mood- boosting effects. It had energetic atmosphere which can help you forget your worries and feel happier.
2. OUTCOME OF THE EVENT:
Walkathons promote physical activity, improve cardiovascular fitness, increase muscle strength, and reduce stress levels , By participating in walkathons, women develop a sense of accomplishment, confidence, and self-worth.

The Health Club conducted “WALKATHON IN COLLABORATION WITH RAINBOW CHILDERNS HOSPITAL ”
The WALKATHON which was held on 22 September 2024,6:30AM TO 9:00AM,The energy was contagious , and it was incredible to see many people , students coming together.
Walkathons for women empower participants through physical activity, unity, and social change .By walking together, women foster camaraderie, improve physical and mental well- being, and amplify their voices for social justice. These walkathons have collectively raised millions, inspired thousands to prioritize health, and sparked global conversations on women's rights and equality. Through walkathons, women build resilient communities, support charitable causes, and celebrate collective strength and solidarity. Their impact extends far beyond the finish line. It's a fantastic way to stay active and have fun!
