The Counselling Cell organized orientation sessions for 1st-semester UG/PG students from 3rd- 24th September, 2024, focusing on mental health awareness and campus counselling services.

The sessions aimed to introduce students to the importance of mental health, promote a supportive environment, and equip them with basic strategies for maintaining well-being.

The outcome was overwhelmingly positive, with students gaining a better understanding of mental health, awareness of counselling services, and a supportive stigma-free environment.
