Objectives of the Event :
To provide the students with exposure of communication/presentation skills and test them on the same in addition to their creativity and innovation.
How was the event executed :
The event started at 10 AM. Faculty coordinators for the event are Ms. Aishwarya R and Mr. Rahul V S both from the management department at St Francis College. Student coordinators were Ms. Sindhu and Ms. Bhuvana both students from BBA. The attendance was taken and teams were formed. The first round was a quiz round where 20 questions were given in the form of MCQs to each team. Judges were welcomed with an introduction and saplings. The internal judge was Manjula Deshpande from the English department at St Francis College and the external judge was Mr. Chethan Achar who is a training manager at HGS. All the teams graduated to the second round which was a presentation round where chits were picked and a product was assigned to each team. Their objective was to prepare a sales pitch and present the same. The time limit to develop the sales pitch was 30 minutes the time to present the same was 5 minutes. After eliminations in the second round, it was time for round three which was very similar to round 2 except that the products had to be their own imagination and choice and the time frames were trimmed. The event culminated at 1:50 PM with 3 winners.

Key Highlights : The design of the rounds enables a student’s self-awareness as to where he/she stands with respect to their convincing skills and presentation skills.
