Objectives of the activity:
The aim of the event was to strategy and vision as teams search for players who can fit into defined roles and communication, teamwork, organization.

EXECUTION PROCEDURE/DETAILS:
The student coordinator and the President of the club Mr. Ayyanna took the initiative, prepared posters and informed all the students about the IPL auction. Vice-president, secretary, assistant secretary, treasurer and all zillionaires club members took the initiative and arranged the IPL auction. All members made 3 meetings with Ms. Kaveramma C H to discuss and execute it.

PROGRAMME OUTCOME:
To engage students in a unique learning experience centered on the IPL auction concept. To develop teamwork, leadership, and strategic thinking skills among participants. To offer a practical application of budgeting and financial management. To create a fun, interactive event that enhances college community spirit.

BRIEF SUMMARY:
An IPL auction conducted in a college setting would likely involve students role-playing as team owners or managers, bidding for fictional players using a predetermined budget. It could serve as an engaging and educational activity, allowing students to understand the dynamics of team management, player valuation, and strategic decision-making in cricket. Such events often foster teamwork, negotiation skills, and analytical thinking among participants, offering a hands-on experience of the excitement and challenges involved in the IPL auction process.
