Objectives of the activity:
The aim of this event is to help students solidify their knowledge by teaching each other. One student tutoring another in a supervised environment can result in better learning and retention.
To acquaint participants with resume building skill.
Execution Procedure/Details: Ms. Divya & Ms. Swathi, students of IV semester MBA shared their insights about how to build a smart resume suits the requirements of current job market trends with all other classes of the department through a session of 1 hour each.

Programme outcome: This event helps students to solidify their knowledge by teaching each other. One student tutoring another in a supervised environment can result in better learning and retention. This event also helps participants to acquaint themselves with resume building skill.

Brief Summary: Ms. Divya & Ms. Swathi, students of IV semester MBA have given a detailed presentation with audio visual aids on ‘Resume building’ to all other students of the department visiting their respective classes. Each session was of 1 hour of time duration which included content delivery, discussion and question and answers session. By end of the session all the participants had quality information about how to build a smart resume suits the requirements of current job market trends.
