Ms. Mridula V. Kulkarni is a passionate educator, researcher, and trainer in the field of Psychology with expertise spanning teaching, research, and applied practice. She holds a Master’s in Psychology (Clinical and Industrial) from Bangalore University, where she secured the first rank, and is currently pursuing her Ph.D. at Amity University with a research focus on workplace motivation, wellbeing, and organizational psychology.
Her academic interests lie in workplace wellbeing, leadership, emotional health, and indigenous psychology. She adopts a learner-centered and holistic teaching approach, blending theory with practical application, while also mentoring students in research and professional development.
Alongside academia, she actively engages in Industrial and Organizational Psychology training for employees, focusing on workplace wellbeing, motivation, leadership skills, and emotional health. She has worked with corporates to design and deliver employee wellness programs, leadership development sessions, and training workshops aimed at enhancing performance and resilience.
