Objectives of the activity :
To provide a forum for students to exhibit their talents and create their identity in the department. To help 1st year students to get introduced, make them familiar and comfortable with their classmates and seniors. To promote initiative and readiness among students to take up the opportunities.

Execution Procedure/Details : Students were asked to submit pre-recorded videos of performances on their area of interest. Collected performances from the participants were streamed over a zoom session on 19th September 2020 at 10:00 AM. All the students of commerce and faculty of the college were invited as audience for the streaming session. List of Best Performers was announced.

Programme outcome : Outcome of the program was satisfactory. Programme was successful to achieve 60 entries, performing different talents like singing, dancing, mehandi, rangoli, art, photography, pencil sketching, painting, paper art and craft, best out of waste, story narration, Powerpoint presentations etc. Different talents of the students unfolded in front of the entire department. Students were very happy and effectively utilized the opportunity. The programme enhanced the sense of initiative and readiness to take up the tasks among students which is an essential quality to become a good leader.
