Annual Camping forms an integral part of National Service Scheme. It has a special appeal to the youth as it provides unique opportunities to the students for group living, collective experience sharing and constant interaction with the community.The Seven Day/Night NSS annual Camp was held at Bilwaradahalli village from 10 to 16 August 2022. More than 50 volunteers registered for this camp with full cooperation, zeal and participated enthusiastically in the camp under the able supervision of Dr.lathifahamed B NSS programme officer. The camp lasted for a week. There were fifty volunteers which were divided into five equal groups. They were assigned tasks.

Daily Activities :
Day 1,
• All the Nss volunteers gathered together at the college and headed towards the camp site by college bus.
• We reached the camp sit around 12 o clock and dumped our luggage and headed to the convention hall.
• After reaching the convention hall,we had our breakfast and started preparing for guest inauguration.
• By 2 o clock we had finished with the preparation and had our lunch,and were rehearsing for the cultural programs
• At 3 o clock the guest arrived to convention hall and the program started with the guest speech and later on the cultural programs started .
• Around 4.30 we finished the program and went back to the barracks,ate our dinner,and first day was completed.

Day 2,
• Woke up at around 5.30am and got freshened up and went for the flag hoisting and fitness session.
• Finished the morning session by 7am and had to get ready for us to go have breakfast in the convention hall.

• We walked to the convention hall which was around 2kilometers and had our breakfast at 9 o clock.
• Later we were divided into five different groups for different activities assigned for each group.
• We cleaned different localities which was in need of cleaning and came back to the convention hall.
• And we had our lunch and we were informed to prepare for cultural activities and we had cultural program for another hour and headed back to the barracks after finishing it , and finished our dinner at 10 o clock and completed our day .

Day 3,
• Woke up at around 5.30am and got freshened up and went for the flag hoisting and fitness session.
• Finished the morning session by 7am and had to get ready for us to go have breakfast in the convention hall.
• Also we had planned different activities like , hosting several games and drawing competitions for the kids from first standard to fifth standard.
• As the other groups were assigned to clean certain roads,lakes,etc .
• After finishing all the activities , everyone gathered back to the convention hall to have lunch.
• And later we had some cultural programs on the third day also and went back to the barracks after finishing the program,and completed our third day in the camp.

Day 4,
• Woke up at around 5.30am and got freshened up and went for the flag hoisting and fitness session.
• Finished the morning session by 7am and had to get ready for us to go have breakfast in the convention hall.
• On the fourth day ,all the five groups had assigned their respective activities for the day .
• Also we had a health camp which was conducted by St.John’s Hospital for the people in the locality.
• And we completely renovated one of the government school backyard and planted several types of saplings.
• After all the activities for the day we headed back to the convention hall to have our dinner and reported to our respective barracks.

Day 5,
• The fifth day was the previous day of independence day celebration .
• All the volunteers woke up at 6 o clock for fall in, and finished with the flag hoisting and fitness session.
• And we went to the convention hall for the decorating the place after having our breakfast.
• And later on we had to prepare for the cultural programs and by that time we had finished our lunch.
• We came back to the barracks where we had a rangoli competition with the theme of independence day .
• Everyone finished with their drawings and we had our dinner by 10.30 and completed our fifth day.

Day 6,
• The sixth day was independence day , we woke early at 5.30 am , got ready for flag hoisting .
• Finished with flag hoisting and we sang national anthem by 7.30am .
• By 8 o clock we went to the convention hall , divided into different groups for march-past, flag hoisting .
• We finished our breakfast by 9 o clock and headed for our respective activities .
• And we finished with all the activities by 3 o clock and came back to convention hall to have lunch.
• At the end of the day we had our dinner at the barracks and we had rescheduled the cultural programs for our director and deputy director and with that we finished our sixth day.

Day 7,
• On the seventh day , we woke up at 6 o clock and finished with the morning session.
• By 8 o clock we had reached the convention hall and ,we had arranged a program.
• We finished the program by 10 o clock and we headed back to the barracks by 12 after having our breakfast.
• Later we had to take rest for some time , and we headed to a temple which was located near by to the camp site.
• We had lunch in the temple which was really good, and we all clicked photos together.
• At the end of the we all had a really good time and went back to the college .
• After going back to the college each of us received a momento , and headed back home with a lot of memories and experience. In these seven days camp we learned , experienced and also struggled but at the end of the day we had come back with lots of memories ,joy and affection with each of the volunteers/friends we were there with, and with the moto of NOT ME BUT YOU, all the of us completed the seven days annual special camp.
